현대작가 박소현 작가는 이미지의 확대와 확장을 통해 보는 것과 인지하는 것의 차이를 실험하고 기존 편견들의 재구성 혹은 해체되는 지점을 다루고 있다. 드로잉을 기반으로 평면 회화와 설치 작업을 통해 작품을 표현해낸다. 이선영 미술평론가는 작가의 시리즈 작업에 대해 “ 불확실성의 대해(大海) 그 자체로, 변주는 끝없이 이어진다”고 평했다.

Park So-hyeon [Painting]
Contemporary artist Park So-hyeon delves into the difference between seeing and perceiving by magnifying and expanding images. Her work explores the points at which existing biases are either reconstructed or deconstructed. Grounded in drawing, she expresses her art through both flat paintings and installations. Art critic Lee Sun-young described her series as “an ocean of uncertainty with endless variations.”
