김경희[탕건장] – 국가무형유산 탕건장 전승교육사 국가무형유산 탕건장 전승교육사 김경희 선생은 2021년 제 46회 대한민국전승공예대전에서 대통령상을 수상하였다. 탕건장이란 말총으로 탕건을 만들던 장인이다. 탕건은 조선시대 사대부들이 의관을 정제하기 위해 집안에서 쓰던 관모의 일종으로 상투를 틀고 망건을 쓴 다음 탕건을 착용하였다. 지위에 따라 사방관이나 정자관을 쓰기도 하였으며 모두 말총으로 만들어진 실내용 관모이다.   정자관, 말총 사방관, 말총 바둑탕건, 말총   Kim Kyung-hee [Tanggeonjang] – National Intangible Cultural Heritage Tanggeonjang Transmitter and Educator Master Kim Kyung-hee, a recognized Intangible Cultural Heritage Transmitter, received the President’s Award at the 46th Korea Traditional Craft Competition in 2021. A “tanggeonjang” is an artisan who crafts tanggeons from horsehair. Tanggeons are traditional headpieces worn indoors by noblemen of the Joseon Dynasty to complete their attire. After tying a topknot and securing a manggeon (a type of headband), they would wear a tanggeon.
